Hyperemesis gravidarum is excessive nausea and vomiting that occurs in pregnant women, leading to imbalances in electrolyte levels, dehydration, ketosis, and nutritional deficiencies. Support and affection from the husband can provide a sense of comfort and security when the mother feels fearful and anxious about her pregnancy. Research Objective: To examine the relationship between husband support and the incidence of hyperemesis gravidarum in first-trimester pregnant women in the working area of UPTD Puskesmas Wonggeduku in 2025. Research Method: This study employed a quantitative analytical research design. The sample consisted of all first-trimester pregnant women from January to August, totaling 39 mothers, using a total sampling technique. Research Results: Out of 39 respondents, 34 (87.2%) received high support from their husbands and 5 (12.8%) received moderate support. None received low support. In addition, 10 respondents (25.6%) experienced hyperemesis gravidarum, while 29 respondents (74.4%) did not. The Chi-Square test results showed a p-value of 0.302 > 0.05, so Ha was rejected and H0 was accepted. Thus, there is no significant relationship between husband support and the occurrence of hyperemesis gravidarum in pregnant women in the first trimester in the working area of UPTD Puskesmas Wonggeduku. Conclusion: There is no significant relationship between husband support and the occurrence of hyperemesis gravidarum in first-trimester pregnant women, where the p-value (0.302) ≥ α (0.05).
